Kate Parsons has called Victor, Idaho, home since 2001, following four adventurous years in Queensland, Australia. A 2005 graduate of Teton High School, she soon met her husband, Lucas, a lifelong Teton Valley native. Together, they've built a life immersed in the region's natural beauty, raising two children and sharing adventures with their beloved dogs.

After nearly a decade in the medical industry managing elderly care facilities, Kate discovered her passion for real estate. Her healthcare background instilled in her the value of clear communication and delivering a unique, heartfelt customer experience. Managing residential facilities honed her understanding of what makes a space feel like home—focusing on the needs, conveniences, and comforts that truly matter.

Kate spent two years as Transaction Coordinator and Office Manager at Silver Peaks Realty in Driggs, where she mastered organization, attention to detail, and efficient communication. These skills seamlessly translated to her role as a licensed real estate agent with Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty. Today, she leverages advanced data and transaction management tools to handle every aspect of your real estate needs with precision.
